Medical Services Ltd took over the management of The Willows
Residential Home from North Lincolnshire Council in April
1997. Prior to this The Willows was the responsibility
of the local council for more than 20 years. Since this
time we have been able to improve, develop and extend
the services that were previously in place at The Willows,
ultimately providing the highest quality residential care
for older people. |

The
Willows provides a warm, relaxed, friendly and enabling environment,
with supportive and caring staff. We cater not only for permanent
residents but also temporary residents who, because of illness,
find themselves here on the road to recovery and rehabilitation.
Occupational therapy and chiropody are just two of the services
available to residents, others include regular visits by optometrists,
dentists and doctors. Wherever possible, permanent residents
are encouraged to retain their own GP.
Emphasis is at all times placed on the individual and their
requirements, not only with regard to their physical and emotional
care but also their cultural, religious and social needs. We
aim to ensure the best possible quality of life for all residents
by respecting each individual's rights, personal needs and freedom
of choice and by recognising their right to dignity and privacy.
