Residents are encouraged to bring their own furniture, pictures and ornaments to furnish their room as they wish and can decorate their bedroom to their own tastes. There are communical sitting areas for socializing and recreation but individuality and privacy are at all times respected allowing residents lo live their chosen lifestyle. All facilities are situated on two levels with a passenger lift, ensuring that all resources are accessible to all resident including those with limited mobility.

Warley House is essentially a non-smoking home with one designated smokinig area for residents. We hold a 'Silver Roy Castle Clean Air Certificate. Telephones are available for residents' use and we are happy for private telephones to be installed into bedrooms, if a resident wishes to do so. Gardcns and patio areas are easily accessible for outdoor recreational use.
