Aims
- To
provide high quality residential and rehabilitative care
in the residential homes and within the local community.
- To
encourage and develop an individual's potential for independence
within a safe, enabling, supportive and caring environment.
- To
ensure the best possible quality of life by respecting each
individual's rights, personal needs, individuality, dignity
and requirement for privacy.
- To
ensure that all our staff are highly and appropriately trained
in order that they may deliver a high quality caring service.
These
